Woman Yoga – Hormone Yoga
Women of all ages and physical conditions can practice Hormone Yoga. It is an opportunity to reconnect with our body by practicing female yoga and heal ourselves naturally.
Women of all ages can have symptoms of low hormones, difficulty to achieve pregnancy, poly-cystic ovaries, menstrual disorders, premenstrual stress syndrome (PMS), ovarian cysts and premature menopause.
Women from 35 years of age should practice it as a preventative therapy due to the decreasing ovarian activity and an associated gradual decrease in hormone production of the two main female hormones: estrogen and progesterone.
Also, for more mature women it can contribute to eliminate or alleviate the unpleasant symptoms of the onset of menopause, such as hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, emotional instability, depression, headaches, difficulty concentrating, remembering, decreased libido, etc.
The most important thing is the regular weekly practice to maintain women’s health and to help switch on the self-healing processes of your body.
