Beach Yoga
Anytime we are doing beach yoga near the sea it reduces stress levels, decreases anxiety and sleep disorders. Also, doing yoga near the sea improves your posture muscles, if you are working out on an unstable surface like sand, it strengthens the muscles of your feet, hips, shoulders, and/or knees. Another good thing about doing it close to the sea is that you get vitamin D from the sun. Being in the sunlight is very good for the body and could prevent depression. The surrounding waves, the quietness, and the nice feeling of the sun is great and amazing to connect with all the elements.
Beach Yoga classes are available from May till October and are 60 mins long. Please make sure that you have sun protection (sun cream or hat) and if you would like to swim with us in the sea afterwards and experience Shavasana floating on the water, bring your swimming suit as well! 🙂
