Traditional Tantra Yoga
It is a sequence of Asanas (Body Postures) that specifically affects our Tri-dosha system of Ayurvedic medicine in India.
During balancing Asanas, we are meditating with the whole body. It is like deep flowing meditation, during the practice you can feel more your essence and reconnect with your true self. Through working with the body, energy and consciousness, we can improve our physical and mental health.
Traditional Tantra Yoga sessions are usually evening sessions of 90 mins.
